Introduction to Kettlebells
The Yama-Kan Kajukenbo Self-Defense School is proud to present an Kettlebells for Beginners. Our Kettlebell program offers a dynamic total body work out and is an excellent way to improve core strength. Kettlebells provide a low impact exercise that promotes mobility and flexibility. Kettlebells are a great stand alone exercise program, but also serve as a great compliment to yoga, running, martial arts or any sporting activities. Our workshop will provide a great workout which emphasizes basic exercises and proper technique.
