Certified Instructors who successfully complete the CIT program are hand-selected by Master Morel and given the opportunity to develop as professional martial artists.
Instructors in Training go through a rigorous curriculum that challenges physically, mentally and emotionally. Essential cirriculum components include:
- Martial Arts (physical & mental training, including cross-training and certification from White Belt through 1st Degree Black Belt.)
- Rapport Building & Personal Development (communication, time management & business development)
This program is designed for adult students only. Each student must complete a
minimum of 260 hours of hands-on experience in the classroom prior to
being eligible to take certification test. In order to maintain certification they must continue their
training education with Master Morel on a weekly basis (consisting of
another 260 hours per year), which in turn gives opportunity to further develop as professionals.
Certification options include:
- Certified Instructor Martial Arts Degree (physical & mental training, including all cross training and certification as a pro).
- Certified Instructor Business Degree (communication, time management, business development and personal development for the instruction of your juniors).
- Certified Instructor Instructor Degree (hands on teaching and instruction including development of Instructors within own Yama- Kan Kajukenbo School of Self-Defense and Fitness Program .instructors who would like to become a professional, the best in the nation and/or a owner / operator with the traits of a successful leader in our community.
