Boot Camp for Women Only
Sept 7th through Oct 28th
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:Kickboxing is a great way to let out stress and aggression while burning calories and building strength. Our Boot Camp will build a great fitness foundation, so that by the end of the 8 week program you will be ready to join one of our regular classes. Group size will be small so we can modify the exercises to meet your needs and provide a lot of one-on-one attention. Tuesday and Thursday classes provide the core of the program. For those looking an additional opportunities to workout, we are now offering supplemental classes. For a nominal fee, Boot Camp clients will be able to participate in our Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning Boxing classes. The Yama-Kan School is a friendly and safe environment where you can focus on your workout, not on what you are wearing or how you look.
