6 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays,
January 5th through February 25th
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:Kickboxing is a great way to let out stress and aggression while burning calories and building strength. Our Boot Camp has been specially designed for women who have considered joining a regular kickboxing or other tness program, but have felt hesitant to dive into an established class. We will build a greatness foundation, so that by the end of the 8 week program you will be ready to join one of our regular classes. Group size will be small so we can modify the exercises to meet your needs and provide a lot of one-on-one attention. Our school is a friendly and safe environment where you can focus on your workout, not on what you are wearing or how you look.
